Story Synopsis
Socks & Souls tells the true story of Julia and Ira, who lived in the fort built on the very ground where the Midway Town Hall now stands.
Their story is one of courage as they face the harsh realities of early pioneer life—singing of love “before the dawn of dawn,” and a love that will continue “beyond beyond.”
Alongside Julia and Ira, the stories of many others weave together into the rich fabric of Wasatch County. Come celebrate the people who built this community—and the legacy they left behind.
