“A Christmas Story The Musical” Callbacks

Location: High Valley Arts Studio located at 210 E. Main Street, Midway

Please note: A callbacks does not guarantee a role. If you’re NOT called back, that does not mean you do not have a role. The final cast list will be posted by Wednesday September 25th at 12:00 pm.

Callback Procedure

• Below, you’ll find the list of actor(s), the role(s) for which you’re being considered, and your callback time.
• Music and dialogue for preparation will be posted on Monday by noon.
• You may also be asked to perform cold readings with various actors during the callback. Memorization is not required for music or lines.
• You’ll be learning a more advanced choreographic sequence as part of your callback.

First Cast Meeting & Rehearsal

Date: Saturday, September 28
Time: 9:00 a.m.
What to expect:

• Script distribution
• Schedule and WhatsApp group details
• Costume measurements
• Headshot information for the performance program (if required)

Rehearsal Schedule

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 6:00 – 9:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
First Rehearsal: Saturday, September 28 at 9:00 a.m.

Performance Dates

December 14-23, 2023
Saturday Matinees: December 16 & December 23 at 2:00 p.m.
Evening Performances: 7:30 p.m.

All rehearsals will take place at the High Valley Arts Studio (210 East Main Street, Midway).
Enter from the back entrance (stairs leading down to the basement).
