  Welcome!

High Valley Arts Foundation is committed to involving the entire Heber Valley in presenting excellent artistic events, with the ultimate goal of attracting the best of talent to this jewel of a Valley.

With the committed efforts of many groups and many people, Midway and the surrounding communities are becoming a cultural destination where art, drama, music, and dance events are presented to an ever-expanding and appreciative audience.

The City of Midway Offers Something For All

From Midway's Swiss Days, a 40-year tradition attended by 100,000 people every year, to Soldier Hollow's nationwide Sheep Dog Competition, to the Heber Valley Railroad's hugely popular Polar Express, to Cowboy Poetry, the largest such gathering in the nation, to the Midway Art Association's Plein Air Competition, to Small Town Fourth and Small Town Christmas, as well as summertime Friday Concerts in the Park.

Midway is a unique small-town city nestled in the Wasatch Mountains with spectacular scenery, golf, skiing, boating, hiking, fishing, and an elightened community committed to promoting the best in the arts.

Coming to Midway in December is Small Town Christmas 2010 featuring "Annie", as well as an inter-denominational Creche Exhibit with over 900 creches, Swiss Christmas with performances and Christmas gift boutiques, and Cottages for the Children, featuring dozens of hand-made gingerbread houses.
